Over the past 15 years, I have managed a multitude of software development teams delivering 20+ releases of commercial software products for Dynatrace/Compuware's Application Performance Management (APM) product lines. The majority of this time has been focused specifically with network analysis solutions - Data Center RUM.
My current responsibilities include: managing software development projects, writing product specifications, providing team leadership and direction, authoring/approving architectural designs and prototypes, tracking project progress, removing team obstacles, provide updates to all project stakeholders, managing customer issues, supporting sales teams with pre and post sales engagements.

I was originally assigned to develop a UNIX based product aimed at monitoring applications for abnormal terminations.  Shortly thereafter, the team transferred focus to develop a similar product for Windows and I was promoted to team lead.  This product added functionality to include passively monitoring client side events and record transactions times for user related activity.  That product is still in use today.
